    This yoga mat is fantastic!!! I use it for pop Pilates, stretch Pilates, and different forms of yoga. It can withstand any kind of stretch and movement. I’ve been using it for months now and it’s still in perfect condition. The yoga mats at my studio are too small if you have any wide stretches. I love the length of this one. I’ve done barefoot and workouts with socks. I’ve never slipped. It’s also very thick. I see people double up on mats bc their knees hurt. This one is as thick as probably two or three standard studio mats. Highly recommend!
